Spaghetti Bolognese


  • 500g ground beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 teasp curry powder
  • 1 tblsp ketchup
  • 1 tblsp GF worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 500g can tomato soup/puree tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • GF Spaghetti
GF = Gluten Free
Gluten Free Spaghetti Bolognese


Cook beef &onion until brown. Add curry powder, ketchup, sauce &soup. Simmer 30-45mins.

Serve with spaghetti &parmesan cheese.

Suitable to freeze.

- Tomato soup = 1 can crushed tomatoes &2 tblsp tomato paste
- Try adding red wine, herbs or fresh tomatoes
